CONGRATS TO SAGE ERICKSON ON HER FIRST PLACE FINISH AND TO ALL THE COMPETITORS AT THE COPA EL SALVADOR IMPRESIONANTE PRESENTED BY BODY GLOVE

SAGE ERICKSON WINS – Body Glove is proud to have been part of The Copa El Salvador Impresionante, held at the world-class, right-hand point break of Punta Roca, which kicked off Wednesday, August 6th and ended this past Sunday.

While the competition was tough, it was Sage Erickson of California who took home the win. “This was a surreal event for me and I’m so stoked to win,” Erickson said. “The competition has never been higher and I’m just thankful to be up here.

There were some highs and lows but stoked to make it through every condition. It just makes that 2016 tour even closer and so thankful for all the support.”

“We couldn’t have been more stoked to be part of such a great event for women’s surfing and to have partnered with the World Surf League and El Salvador’s Ministry of Tourism,” said Body Glove VP of Marketing Scott Daley.

“Congrats to Sage and to all the women who were charging. We look forward to being a part of and watching women’s surfing continue to progress. It’s a great time for the sport.”
